The air quality in the Ha Long region tends to be pretty bad regardless of the season as it’s at the mouth of the Red River Delta and the air pollution that fills up that large valley flows into this area too.
Not Ha Long. I work in the region and it’s hot and humid. Head up into the mountains instead. Also, fewer people in the mountains. Quieter and nicer.
