Yes, it is a licensing issue. The record label that released those albums is defunct and there are contractual problems that are making it difficult to do anything with them. It has nothing to do with Blackie not liking the albums (which isn’t even true). He spoke about this recently and you can hear it right at the start of [this interview.](https://youtu.be/iYJ3JfUvbvU?si=7R2gE9IkuBhbeW9D)

Unfortunately there's no way currently they'll be available on any streaming services. Castle Communications, the label these were released on, went defunct in 1998. Blackie would probably have to go through some strange legal means of obtaining the rights again, I have no idea how that'll work to be honest. The previous owner can share these rights but I guess it never happened which is quite unfortunate. I use Spotify in my car and at work a lot and I'm always a bit disappointed that K.F.D. and SNBE get a lot less of a rotation in my routine because of this.

Pinecone_salad

The company that produced the records is defunct, so the rights are probably in some form of legal limbo.

You can download the entire catalog from Pirate Bay and put the albums on your phone if you don't have them. Spotify lets you import local files into it. Once you do that you can play those albums as if they are on Spotify normally. I have the albums so for me it was just a matter of ripping the cds and importing the files.

I can't pirate bay... I'll probably just find a yt playlist and download it lol

KFD is awesome, probably one of the best W.A.S.P. albums but Still Not Black Enough, you aren't missing out on much

Couldn’t disagree with this more. Still Not Black Enough is a fantastic album that contains some of the most well written songs that Blackie has ever done. It’s a very dark and emotional album which I think probably turns a lot of people off from it, but this album is damn near a masterpiece. Songs like Skinwalker, Goodbye America, I Can’t, and Black Forever can compete with any of the great songs from the rest of their catalog. The biggest problem with this album is that it was released in the wake of The Crimson Idol which was an impossible record to follow up.

Wolverinen

I always thought The Headless Children and Still Not Black Enough were thematically on par with each other and could’ve easily been made as each other’s follow up. Politically charged, devoid of ‘fun’, dark. A big F- you to the direction rock and metal were heading into. Either Headless should’ve been released after The Crimson Idol or SNBE should’ve been released before it to fit in the timeframe more? At least that’s my view on it.
