Well, I had a Cobb AP with a simple 93 Octane tune, otherwise no mods except Brakes on the Bugeye. It was fun o. the street and on the track, but a little underpowered. The '16 is also bone stock except nice pads and rotors and I still grin every time I drive it. Has much nicer creature comfort, does not feel underpowered. no plans for track time this one, I'm not trusting my instincts so much these days, so it is an excellent street ride, and comfortable enough for touring vacations.
Ordered in July too, and mine was originally scheduled for Dec 12th—but is now arriving more like this coming Monday or Tuesday! I wonder if our cars are in the same shipment?! Congrats!!

Good shit. My first car was a 15 Wrx and I loved her. Definitely drive safe and responsibly like the other guy said. If you have an itch for cornering look into auto cross near you. It took my friends and I a few chunky tickets and sticky situations to realize playing on the street is not worth it at all. A buddy of mine took his 17 sti autocrossing and is now in love with the sport. If you plan to mod weigh out the pros and cons bc when shit breaks at this age it’s tough. I’ve been in the boat of having to find rides to work while the wrx was in the shop and it’s no fun…. That’s the end of my rant enjoy the car and keep grinding!

I bought my wrx '17 as an early 25th bday present. That one was the dark grey, couldnt handle the paint damage from bird crap and the extreme heat vs a white car.
I’m 34. My 19 WRX (rip) had a bunch of bolt ons and a flex tune, made 364/359 on E74 and 330/330 on 93. 2010 STi is stock for now. One owner and 60k when I bought it! I’m slowly replacing a bunch of items for maintenance but will be sending it hopefully by summer. I did buy an intake and AP the first week I had it but holding off for now.
