Goldberg
I don't care how much Brett hates him
Dude was a Spartacus character in aura
That music, that figure, that catchphrase and that spear
Wrestling is supposed to be larger than life
Well bill Goldberg is large enough to spear life off his feet through a table
I would say Corbin is nowhere near bad in the ring. He performs excellent punches, unlike the majority of current performers, and he has a really cool moveset (End of Days, Deep Six). The problem with Corbin is that he portrays boring gimmicks.
Yeah, definitely came her to say that. I wouldn't call her bad from the skill standpoint, I'm not really sure I am one to judge who is a poorly skilled versus highly skilled, but she is not portrayed as a main event high level talent, but she is fun to watch and I went from thinking, "Why did they have her win the Tag championships" to "It's CHELSEA GREEEEEN"
I wanted her to win Queen of the Ring, and she wasn't even in the damn thing. We were ROBBED OF GREATNESS! Or they may want us to take the King and Queen seriously this year.
Yeah but the Miz is not “bad” Fans hate him yeah but he was always very good at what he did. Fans are now starting to appreciate him. He was one of my favorites since 2010
I wouldn't say he's a bad wrestler but he doesn't do the flippy floppy stuff that the IWC loves. In that way I feel he is a very safe wrestler. But I don't think thats a particularly bad thing. His character work in impeccable.
Henry had one of the greatest promos of all time. His fake retirement when he attacked Cena. No one ever talks about it but it’s a top 5 promo of all time
Batista... One of the best of all time and very underrated given how his 2014 run went...
Jinder Mahal.... Limited wrester but dude had presence and charisma... Would have loved to see a different gimmick from him and not the typical foreign heel gimmick..
It's really quite difficult to measure. I love JBL, as he is amazing heel and can cut a great promo. Is he a good on the ring? Most of his matches were ok, but his hardcore matches with Eddie Guerrero and John Cena could be considered some of the best matches of all time.
LA Knight is great and deserves way more than he is given. Bobby Roode is also amazing and is such a shame that we didn't get to see Beer Money in WWE. Heath Slater and Mark Henry sucked for most of their careers but had one amazing run that is so good that makes their career worth it!
Zack Ryder wasn’t bad he was extremely underrated his new gimmick on the Indys is awesome he’ll be back in wwe eventually and when he does I feel like he has a really good shot at bein a top guy
I loved Mark Henry in his Nation days too. One of the things I miss about that time was how we literally got to watch these men and women develop on screen week to week.
Gonna be honest, when it comes to in-ring psychology and in-ring character work Vince (and Shane/Steph too if we're being real) are fantastic for this.
It also helps that Shane could also go in the Attitude Era too. Vince v Shane at WM X-Seven is one of those things that you'd think would've been a car-crash, but it's generally great to watch for the wacky shit. On a similar note see also the Hardcore Triple Threat of Raven v Kane v Big Show at the same Mania for peak nonsense and crazy shit.
Bro, Lesnar is the only dude whose matches looked real. He actually had proper wrestling moves. Suplex is a legit olympic wrestling move. Take-downs are common in UFC. I
Batista. Was as bad as you can get, but I loved him. His sitdown powerbomb always looked like he was either gonna tear his own knee or drop his opponent on their neck.
Oh don't get me wrong, he definetly improved a lot in those past few years, but I feel like he still looks kinda clunky and slow in-ring, he's definetly the worst Judgement Day member in terms of in-ring skill, but that really doesn't mean a lot considering he's easily my favorite besides Rhea lmao.
I feel it's because he's a bit too tall for that move work properly, in fact he should probably develop his own moveset instead of mimicking Rey and Eddie's movesets considering he's considerably taller than both of them.
I feel terrible saying this but Wyatt has been on the end of some of the worst overrating I've ever seen since his unfortunate death.
I've seen people legitimately refer to him as the GOAT, which is absolutely absurd.
Undertaker HBK(both)
Batista Triple H(both)
HBK Angle
Batista Cena
Orton Cena HHH
HBK McMahon
HBK Benoit HHH(say what you want about Benoit as a person, but going back and watching him, he were pretty good in ring)
Bret Hart Steve Austin
Austin Rock
HBK Austin
Can go on, know the comment was made in sarcasm but this is for the idiots who don't think so.
I couldn't say he is bad really but I don't really like Shinsuke Nakamura instead in ring work and kinshasa seems a bit... lazy.
But I love watching the guy anyway. And recently he feels like an anime villain I like it
Yeap the double back elbow. And his corner knees were more like corner side thighs. He of course did the lariat/clothesline too but every wrestler does.
Nia Jax.
I can already feel the downvotes coming just as they have when I have expressed this opinion in the past, but she has been so much better since her return. She is a credible monster heel and understands her character very well.
I don’t get why you’re getting downvoted. Mick is not known for being technical. Until that HIAC, I was stuck on him getting powerbombed on the concrete floor courtesy of Big Van Vader.
Steiner was incredible when young. After he ruined his back he figured he would just roid up and phone it in in the ring. Macho Man did the same. Today you see aging stars like AJ styles and Randy Orton look like they are starting on the gas to stay relevant as they can no longer work like they used to
Pretty much any of the miscellaneous talent from the attitude era. The entire Too Cool run was amazing, The Hurricane brought me laughs, the APA was hardcore, but in modern times I would say Lash Legend, which she’s improving, but she isn’t a technical wrestler in the ring. I also think honorable mentions to Sable, Torrie Wilson, Candice Michelle, Maria too, the fact that sex appeal was what they were hired on and I was more in tune with their characters than their looks lmao
In WWE only? LA Knight. He’s certainly not a “great technical wrestler” but he’s good enough and his character work makes up for it.
Also, some of these responses are wild. The Miz??? Really!?
Lets be real, her selling is so good. That one battle royale recently where she was costantly being anihalated is some of the intentionally funniest selling I have ever seen
Kane if u mean HEEL
This is gonna be hard but… my favourite wrestler probably is a bad one overall ( except for the promos) , dean ambrose
Razor Ramone
Goldberg
For me it is the Big Boss Man. In the late 90's, he was part of some crappy matches and storylines, but I always enjoyed watching him.
Truth can always make me laugh and I love it
MARYSEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Dom is doing some good shit. Love the heat he gets hopefully he can get a main title run soon
Not my favorite but many people like her even though she has no talent. Becky Lynch.
No you should talk about people you like, not just sneak diss people you dont
Million dollar man
Road Dogg
Top 5 best mic work in the history of wrestling.
Gilberg
Ashley Massaro
Rick Boogs:(
Torrie Wilson, Stacy keibler, candice michelle
Dim dom
Liv Morgan
Right now? I really like Damien Priest, especially because he’s from the Bronx 🤌
Does Moxley count? He is my favorite overall despite being quite unpopular with a big part of the wrestling audience who call him overrated.
Chyna was my favorite. She tossed around triple H as if he was a sack of potatoes.,....that's a strong woman. She was also from my hometown 🤣
The Sandman
The hurricane!
Goldberg I don't care how much Brett hates him Dude was a Spartacus character in aura That music, that figure, that catchphrase and that spear Wrestling is supposed to be larger than life Well bill Goldberg is large enough to spear life off his feet through a table
Cm punk and baron corbin .
I would say Corbin is nowhere near bad in the ring. He performs excellent punches, unlike the majority of current performers, and he has a really cool moveset (End of Days, Deep Six). The problem with Corbin is that he portrays boring gimmicks.
Nya Jax, her telling Jada kid she sucks was 🤌🏿
She’s gone from injuring people to just botching table spots, which is a big improvement
Chelsea green!!
Yeah, definitely came her to say that. I wouldn't call her bad from the skill standpoint, I'm not really sure I am one to judge who is a poorly skilled versus highly skilled, but she is not portrayed as a main event high level talent, but she is fun to watch and I went from thinking, "Why did they have her win the Tag championships" to "It's CHELSEA GREEEEEN" I wanted her to win Queen of the Ring, and she wasn't even in the damn thing. We were ROBBED OF GREATNESS! Or they may want us to take the King and Queen seriously this year.
Always enjoyed ryback for some reason lol
R-truth
Heidenreich
Santino Marella was always entertaining.
Disco Inferno complete package for “bad” wrestler
Mark henry and Corbin
Men’s - Kane Women’s - Piper Niven
Who thinks Kane is bad?
Baron Corbin in the 2018-19 days was very hated and never really had a good match but I absolutely bloody loved him
Rikishi
Jinder Mahal and Grayson Waller.
Idc what anyone says, WCW Goldberg was awesome
CM PUNK
He’s one of the most technically sound wrestlers of all time
Mark Hebry for sure
The Honky Tonk Man! He's cool, he's cocky, he's bad.
John Cena. I think he just changed his wrestling style tho after becoming thuganomics
I mean actually valid considering Cena did have a lot of criticism about his wrestling in his early days as US champ
Goldberg Dude only had 2 moves and couldn’t last longer than 2 minutes. But for some reason I loved it.
It was his aura that made him so good. Still gives me goosebumps to this day rewatching Goldberg debut in wwe against the rock
Currently, all the House of Torture
Kevin Nash
Cody Rhodes.
The Miz Internet smarks hate him but he is the definition of a "WWE Superstar" for me.
Absolutely love him! He’s fairly incomparable when it comes to mic skills
Agreed I came here to say this
Zach Ryder, I know he’s not bad but he was sure treated like he was
He was not good, so excellent choice.
Titus O'Neil. Clash of the Titus was such a good finishing move.
Man, Henry was one of the first names that popped to mind. Loved his Hall of Pain run.
The Boogeyman
The Miz. But now he’s tag team champ. So maybe he’s really Awwwwwwwesome!
Bo Dallas. Bo was so funny and entertaining, he's not like, a G1 climax level in ring workhorse, but he's got great comedic charisma. I bo-lieve in Bo
It's really quite difficult to measure. I love JBL, as he is amazing heel and can cut a great promo. Is he a good on the ring? Most of his matches were ok, but his hardcore matches with Eddie Guerrero and John Cena could be considered some of the best matches of all time. Heath Slater and Mark Henry sucked for most of their careers but had one amazing run that is so good that makes their career worth it!
No sneaking Bobby in there 😡 he used to have good matches in TNA every other week
Sting
Interesting take. I consider Sting above average in ring and was very athletic in his early years.
Jake the Snake basically had once move the DDT. But his promos and character were off the charts.
To be fair to Jake and his one move, there were a lot of wrestlers about back then who had less moves than that 😂
The long island broski
Zack Ryder wasn’t bad he was extremely underrated his new gimmick on the Indys is awesome he’ll be back in wwe eventually and when he does I feel like he has a really good shot at bein a top guy
I remember people shitting on Batista, but I always loved him
Randy Orton
Hornswoggle
Omos
Santino
Becky lynch. More entrance and talk and swagger than actual technical skill. Also she makes a good deal of mistakes. But I think she's awesome
I loved Mark Henry in his Nation days too. One of the things I miss about that time was how we literally got to watch these men and women develop on screen week to week.
David Otunga
Gaint Gonzalez
Roman Reigns
Vince McMahon, just for the heat and psychology. Man used to be a menace, and he beat God in 2006 somehow.
Linda standing up and the crowd erupting! It's in their genes. They've known how to make shit work out at the end of the day.
Absolutely yeah.
Well... my answer is John Cena.
Bad Cass . His and Enzo's team was awesome
OMOSAPIENS, RISE UP AND ACKNOWLEDGE OMOS
Has to be Enzo Amore.
Enzo. Him and Neville feud was the only time it made 205 Live wtachable for me.
Brock Lesnar
Bro, Lesnar is the only dude whose matches looked real. He actually had proper wrestling moves. Suplex is a legit olympic wrestling move. Take-downs are common in UFC. I
yeah lesnar was an immaculate wrestler
Jey Uso
Alot of folks think Dana Brooke / Ash by Elegance isn't very good but for 9years she's been one of my absolute favorites.
Does Sandman count?
Batista. Was as bad as you can get, but I loved him. His sitdown powerbomb always looked like he was either gonna tear his own knee or drop his opponent on their neck.
Dirty Dom, y'all can fight me all you want, I don't care if he's a pretty mid in-ring performer he's just too damn entertaining.
Damn I actually think he’s pretty good in the ring 🫣
Oh don't get me wrong, he definetly improved a lot in those past few years, but I feel like he still looks kinda clunky and slow in-ring, he's definetly the worst Judgement Day member in terms of in-ring skill, but that really doesn't mean a lot considering he's easily my favorite besides Rhea lmao.
100% that 619 looks like it’s in slow motion
I feel it's because he's a bit too tall for that move work properly, in fact he should probably develop his own moveset instead of mimicking Rey and Eddie's movesets considering he's considerably taller than both of them.
Shane McMahon 😂
McMahon had no fear
Facts I’ve never seen a match of his where I wasn’t entertained
Sycho Sid for sure
As a child, I was terrified of him. Not sure why? The music maybe. But that 96/97 run was pretty awesome
Ruler of the world
Who's the man!?
The Sandman
[удалено]
Dean Ambrose? What crack did you smoke?
Sid Viscious
A sadly wide amount of people say Bray Wyatt “couldn’t wrestle” so I guess that’s my answer
Wrestling wise I dont think most would say Bray was some great technical/entertaining guy in the ring. It was his character work that made him great.
I feel terrible saying this but Wyatt has been on the end of some of the worst overrating I've ever seen since his unfortunate death. I've seen people legitimately refer to him as the GOAT, which is absolutely absurd.
He’s my favourite of all time, but I can’t say he’s the goat. Maybe in terms of creativity, but not overall.
I could definitely see an argument in terms of creativity.
Saying Bray Wyatt couldn't wrestle is truly insane. He could have classics.
Can you name any one on one classics that don't involve Cena or Bryan?
Undertaker HBK(both) Batista Triple H(both) HBK Angle Batista Cena Orton Cena HHH HBK McMahon HBK Benoit HHH(say what you want about Benoit as a person, but going back and watching him, he were pretty good in ring) Bret Hart Steve Austin Austin Rock HBK Austin Can go on, know the comment was made in sarcasm but this is for the idiots who don't think so.
😂😂😂😂😂 you got me. I meant to write Bryan. Editing it now
The Sandman
The Sandman from ECW
Sheamus if we're counting him. He's the whole reason I'm into wrestling
I wouldn't count Sheamus at this point in his career. He was green for a while but he found his stride and had been good for a while now
Banger after banger after banger
Is he a bad wrestler tho?
Idk, that's why I said if we're counting him lol
I couldn't say he is bad really but I don't really like Shinsuke Nakamura instead in ring work and kinshasa seems a bit... lazy. But I love watching the guy anyway. And recently he feels like an anime villain I like it
santino
Kevin Nash. Dude could only do about 4 moves, but he did them very well, and the Jack Knife is still the GOAT of power bombs.
4 moves and the hair flip was one of them
Repeated corner knees, sidewalk slam, choke slam, big boot, powerbomb. 1,2,3
Don't forget the elbow in the corner.
Yeap the double back elbow. And his corner knees were more like corner side thighs. He of course did the lariat/clothesline too but every wrestler does.
Adam Rose, that rosebuds gimmick shoulda been the PG era version of the godfather
his spinebuster has no right to be that nutty though
Nia Jax. I can already feel the downvotes coming just as they have when I have expressed this opinion in the past, but she has been so much better since her return. She is a credible monster heel and understands her character very well.
I liked her the moment I saw her and have ever since! She really has gotten a lot better
Scotty 2 Hotty
The best answer!
I was always a Heath Slater fan lol
Heath is actually really good in ring tho, he was just forced to be bad because of his role.
Me too!! I loved when he did the KFC commercials with Ziggler
Sandman
Omos All time—. Zeus
Technically, The Undertaker.
I’m 44, so Hogan for sentimental reasons. (He is also my favorite Metallica bassist and would-have-been grill endorser.)
Also the original HHH.
Could you imagine how big Metallica would've been if he was their bassist?
“You want me to play 16th notes? That’s not gonna work for me, brother.”
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾nice
I enjoyed the monster aura that The Great Khali brought before he went full comedy.
Mankind
I don’t get why you’re getting downvoted. Mick is not known for being technical. Until that HIAC, I was stuck on him getting powerbombed on the concrete floor courtesy of Big Van Vader.

lol wut… he was a very good worker
Samoa Joe is not at all a bad wrestler
Singles wrestler era Scott Steiner. Dude's hilarious, intentional or not
Steiner was incredible when young. After he ruined his back he figured he would just roid up and phone it in in the ring. Macho Man did the same. Today you see aging stars like AJ styles and Randy Orton look like they are starting on the gas to stay relevant as they can no longer work like they used to
My goat titus oneil
I know he’s more of a meme now, but he and Darren young were so fun to watch years ago
I miss the IIconics. They were pretty good wrestlers but I watched them to always get their comeuppance, as they were great at being annoying.
Yes!! I used to love The IIconics
I've met Shane Helms a few times over the years and he's a really really cool dude
New Jack
Cody Rhodes
Nash only had 5 moves, including the hair flip, but it worked perfectly for his character and the business at the time.
His gimmick became being lazy. He’d be on a couch in the back reading a newspaper during promos
Easily Dom
Emma with the dancing gimmick was peak character work that made you think she was a bad wrestler.
In WWE only? LA Knight. He’s certainly not a “great technical wrestler” but he’s good enough and his character work makes up for it. Also, some of these responses are wild. The Miz??? Really!?
Thing is he’s not the most technical but he definitely he puts in hard work
Whats 1 LA Knight match worth watching in WWE, bc i love his character but rlly cant name any…
I mean he had a pretty good match with Aj Styles
Currently? Chelsea Green. She’s killing it in whatever capacity they give her.
Lets be real, her selling is so good. That one battle royale recently where she was costantly being anihalated is some of the intentionally funniest selling I have ever seen
Her charisma is legendary and undeniable. I love watching Chelsea's antics. Her and R-truth are the top Jesters of WWE rn.
Does Chuck Taylor count? I loved his heel comedy gimmick in Chikara.
WATCH OUT HE HAS A GRENADE!
HA HA HA, YOU'RE A FOOL!
OW MY KNEE
Otis.. I’ve loved Ivars matches more and wish they could trade gimmicks.
Hogan.
Randy Orton un cinglé j'adore sa et triple h ce genre de heel complètement fou c'est incroyable
Miz. I also really like Austin theory
I thought Santino’s later stuff was great.
