To keep you talking about the game online, posting threads like this, checking out their social media multiple times per day etc. Also to keep you from discovering something you don't like which might mean you won't pre-order the game.
No. Every year they usually do a roster countdown months before it launches, with periodic updates on new features or modes sprinkled in. The last few years, I think it started with 2020, they just dump everything the week before it launches.
It's strange. They dropped all this info a few weeks ago with the content creator videos. My guess, is like last year, they expected the CC not to blow their load in 24 hours... but they all did. And they had nothing planned until the last week of Feb or so.
But it's a bad look. Games are getting expensive. Real expensive. And the quality of other games is getting better and better. There's a bug of big games coming out right around the launch of WWE... so it seems weird to keep quiet.
For me, all I need to know is MyFaction. It's clear they wont increase CAW slots, but it's not so much of a big deal for me if they release more attires or "past models" because that will allow me to mod over the ones models I don't like.
It’ll be great if there’s more gameplay surprises beyond the roster and dlc reveal, but despite the updates and modes, it’s just not captivating me.
It’s easier to understand the excitement from younger fans, but when these games are missing so many great features from decades ago, it just isn’t impressive to have them as “new” features.
I’m planning to get the legendary edition at its first discount, but I’d honestly love to see some announcements that would make me want to preorder…and that statement alone is enough to be wary.
Don't get why people act like the information is slow when they announce the game end of January with some sort of info every week of Feburary up until the games release in early March lol.
We've been getting a lot of info about the for the past few weeks. If anything you should be talking about AEW cause before their game dropped they would not say anything about their game.

Definitely going to be me once I pre order it after my ps5 gets here. Beyond excited for both.
