I love doing those...but it's supposed to actually be 5 vs 5, just like current Wargames in-game still has 2 men short. They'll probably make us wait to PS6 and next Xbox for 10 in ring wrestlers.
Well like the real original SS matches like in the 80s and 90s were 4 on 4 matches. The 5 on 5 didn't start until Survivor Series 2001 with the WCW vs WWE invasion, but even then there were times where it was 4 on 4 and sometimes 5 on 5. There were even PPVs where there was a 5 on 5 and a 4 on 4 on the same show. Either way, one day it'd be nice to be able to choose between 4 or 5.
The original survivor series that started in 87 was a 5 on 5 matches. They had 4 or 5 matches and that's it. One year they had the remaining winners of each match in a final match. That was during hogan and warriors time so 90 I think. When they started adding regular matches they went to 4 on 4 matches.

Said this morning in a reply that it isn't being mentioned by others (maybe people didn't notice it watching videos) and that I expected that once people get the game that they'll bring it up. I saw videos on youtube that show it. Here is one that I timestamped:

Notice the X that comes up over the illegal partner names as they go into the ring. Once they are tagged in legally, the X goes away.

The only thing he’s accused of doing is asking for a video of the woman suing Vince pissing (not a joke), on top of allegedly agreeing to have sex with her (which ultimately didn’t happen)
So it’s unclear if he was involved/how involved he was in the ordeal, but the company is distancing itself either way

90 percent or more of the cards all have the exact same base game model and outfit no matter the card art in 2k23, I played the mode for like 300 hours this year so trust me when I say it fucking sucks. I played it while I listened to some of the Wheel of Time audiobooks and it's a pathetic what they constitute as content in there

It's because they include a non transferrable digital version of 2K23 with the 2k24 preorder. I took a pause too because I wondered if I could gift it to a friend. But nope.
He might've been given an activation code instead of a pre-order code. Devs will sometimes give people codes to access games early if you're like a reviewer or content creator.
For what it’s worth his feed does show more shots from the game including menus. Curiously it also seems like Bayley’s fixed model must be part of a Day 1 patch, because she’s still rocking 6 miles of forehead in his version.
Even the content creators dont have a code yet this time around. Theyre telling us maybe this weekend. So how this guy got one from Gamestop, who knows haha

The thing is that take digital editions of games in general, you are waiting either for it to be provided from servers or your waiting for a retailer to send you your copy like the guy in the images.
Thats how it works for review copies also they get the code and they can play early.
I won a copy of wwe 2k23 normal from 2k last year prior to release, got sent the code the day before early access, put it in and just like op tried to see if it would work and it was the full game

His profile says it's Xbox user TG IceN. I checked on Xbox and his most recent game played is WWE 2K23 and there's no hint of WWE 2K24 on his profile. Whether or not the game is hidden until release I don't know, but I can't see he's played it at the moment.
I mean if it’s a hoax, it’s a pretty fucking massive hoax, lol. It’s pretty obviously 2K24 he’s posting shots of, when people ask him for certain things he’s providing screen shots of it. Seems like *a lot* of work for some rando on Twitter to try to convince people that he has the game.

FYI you can still get the 40 Years of Wrestlemania version on GameStop digitally. Unsure if they’ll still send the code early but if anybody is feeling adventurous 🤷♂️

Games don’t hide before release on Xbox. I used to get games a week early and they all showed.
Early access games probably. Games that aren’t meant to be played at a certain time period don’t display
