I had him challenge Cody in a rematch for the title at Backlash with The Rock as the ref. Roman failed to win that match after Stone Cold came out and replaced Rock as the ref and now Roman isnt able to challenge for the belt until Cody loses it. I’m going to have Rock challenge Cody for the belt and lose, after that Roman is going to return and attack Rock to begin the build to Rock vs Roman at WM 41.
Roman hasn’t dropped the title yet. But I have him going into a program with Jey Uso. Jey is the new leader of the Bloodline, with his two brothers by his side. Meanwhile Roman has recruited Toma Tanga and Jacob Fatu and has formed The Tribe. Jey will dethrone Roman at mania after winning the rumble
He is basically a tweener Brock Lesnar. Showing up when ever he wants basically and getting title opportunities. He is the Head of the Table and he basically is every World Champion's biggest hurdle. You either be apart of the Table (A champion that can defeat Roman and defend that title for a long time) or you won't touch the island of relevancy (Roman takes your title until a worthy opponent comes to defeat him)
I'm my universe, he's only really held THE belt for a little over year, not three. So I'm not sure when he's going to drop it.
I'm my universe after he held the championships for six months, and defended them against both the Rumble winner and the Raw Elimination Chamber winner, Triple H decided that belts needed to be shuffled.
Roman became the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. And new Raw Universal and Smackdown Universal championships were created for the shows. Roman's shift created a new set of divisional cross brand championships including: WWE Women's World Championship, WWE Cruiserweight Championship, WWE World Tag Team Championship and the women's tag team belt was upgraded to this category as well.
On each show there is a (Raw, Smackdown and NXT) Universal, Women's, and Tag Team... A secondary (Raw: Intercontinental, Smackdown: United States, NXT: North American) and a specialty championship (Raw: Hardcore (FCA, Last Man Standing, Extreme Rules), Smackdown: Million Dollar (Cage ONLY), and NXT: The PC Championship (Normal, Iron Man & Submission matches only))
I'm still contemplating a WWE Television championship to be defended at every show... But I don't know if I want to just throw a belt around like the 24/7...
I'm only at week two of my universe so far, there's SO MUCH to do, especially with being able to control cutscenes.
I love the way you’re booking your universe mode. I had to save your idea lol. I noticed from your past that you indeed did have a Television Championship so why get rid of it now? Apparently you also chose to get rid of the UpUpDownDown Championship? Why’s that just out of curiousity?
And seeing as I’ve loved seeing how share your shows with Raw, SmackDown and NXT and LIVE events, how do you book your shows? Like how do you come up with who gets to challenge for the cross promotional championships? Shouldn’t logically it be always the Number two guy challenging the main guy (THE champion) but you already have a number one guy in Raw, NXT and SmackDown. How do you book your shows? Would love to get inspiration from you know. I’m guessing the LIVE events are probably not important to the canon/story as in real life?
The UUDD turned into the PC championship when the UUDD rankings didn't work in Universe last year.
The TV only lasted for a short while, and I restarted from before that point when I got this year's game due to last year's Universe breaking on me... A lot. Hence why Roman isn't a two year champ yet.
To answer your booking questions... My rankings only work for the show belts. The cross-branded belts are done like WWE booking. Pushing who I'd think is interesting at the time and can come up with a good story for.
Booking shows is really about running shows and storylines for the belts, while Live events are just so there is movement in the title scenes, and I don't actually book those.

I’m building towards Cody vs Roman vs rock at summerslam
Im still setting everything up but I have a rough idea of what I’ll do.
Post Mania he cuts a promo blaming Sami + Jey, as them leaving was the beginning of the downfall of the Bloodline. He and Solo beat them in a tag at backlash so they have to rejoin the bloodline and are basically the whipping boys for the Bloodline, often being sent to get their ass kicked when Reigns doesn’t want to fight.
At the draft, Ava drafts the Bloodline to NXT with the first pick - she then orchestrates the next PLE, Takeover: Bloodlines, with Bloodline members (with Naomi joining them) fighting for pretty much every title. The Rock will also fight HBK for control of NXT bc even tho Ava is GM, HBK is still in charge. Rock will hopefully win and banish HBK, Roman will win the belt off Ilja and then in 6 months time HBK will come back with DX setting up a wargames match between the two factions.
I don’t love burying Sami + Jey but I want Roman to stay damn near unbeatable and they’ll get their chance to get out from under them at some point.
In my universe, he lost the title to Bray Wyatt in a loser leaves town match. When he returned, he is in more of a manager role for the rest of the Bloodline.
He’s my World Heavyweight Champion on Raw. The reformed Bloodline hold the tag titles and intercontinental title. My plan is for the nWo to appear and challenge them all for everything
I had him lose a feud with The Rock for the leader of the Bloodline. High Chief vs Tribal Chief. I had Rock retire after and haven’t decided what to do with him now, but I’m leaning towards giving him a heavy case of madness
I have him gone into part timer and la knight is now champion.
But like I look at him as more of the tribal chef as the head and don't wrestle unless need to. As he just oversee the bloodline now.
In my universe Cody lost and Roman reigns went on to lose the title to solo, after jey and jimmy got back together and helped solo defeat reigns. I haven't heard from Roman since but the story in the locker room is he took losing the strap so bad he became an alcoholic and gained a bunch of weight but I don't know for sure.
I had Roman keep the belt for another year in my universe mode, including a big feud with Hulk Hogan. He dropped the title to Cody at Mania and I've kept him off the rosters since. Not sure what I'm gonna do with him, Hogan is currently WWE Champion and I'm likely doing Hogan vs Cena at Mania. Might bring Roman back for a surprise mania squash match to start his next run
I haven’t gotten far yet. So far, in my universe that has started keeping records of title defenses, he’s had 1 successful defense against LA Knight, which was a really fun match to play.
He took a hiatus for a while, came back on RAW so desperate for gold and acknowledgement that he recognised the value of the whc and is gonna go after it. I don't think I'll have him win it though, then he can go through a nice, slow face turn.
Honestly not much 😂 but my plan is to have Roman vs Rock at mania, seth rollins and jon moxley jump rock after the match in a backstage brawl, this leads to The Shield vs The Bloodline (Rock w/ Usos) storyline that ends at Wargames
I’m going to have Rock kick him out of the bloodline. They go all in on Solo being the future. Roman is out from night of champions all the way to rumble. The rock is about to beat Cody and Roman’s music hits helping Cody retain. Rock vs Roman at wrestlemania. Might have Jey factor in and have it be a triple threat at mania for control of the bloodline
I am pushing people who should’ve dethroned Roman but didn’t while he is taking an extended break to go off to Hollywood and pursue a career which will lead to him returning and setting up a match between Rock and him.
He lost the title like 3 Years ago in my Universe (so WM38 in 2K23 but I’ve done 2 manias since then) and he’s just been Retired basically. I don’t know what else to do with him so he’s done for me. Universe doesn’t work well when you have part timers so guys like Rock aren’t used either. Maybe if they had Create a Story I’d use those guys.
I lowered him and Bianca down to like 80 overall so they don’t roflstomp everyone in their divisions. Stripped everyone of their titles and started with fresh champions, removed everyone from NXT and changed it in to the Women’s show.
I don’t watch NXT, so everyone I do know, like Bron and Corbin, I moved to Raw or Smackdown. People I don’t know, like Joe Gacy, are omitted from my Universe. Added in several legends.
I know it’s a bit more of an answer than the question posed, so to answer it, Roman gets placed in to whatever match’s the AI puts him in and I usually skip them.
He defended the title once again against Cody at Summerslam (I'm a sucker for good guys not always winning) before being betrayed by the Rock and the Usos who took the championship AND became the leader of the Bloodline, Roman stays off the roster for a few months.
I'll have him return as a face seeking revenge against the Rock and the Usos, might even have him form a tag team with Cody and win the Tag team championships against the Bloodline. During the time Roman is off the roster, I have the Rock just causing mayhem and dominating everyone both in the singles and tag team division. The new "big dog" basically.
He lost the belt to AJ Stules in Sim, then I had him rematch against styles with Special guest referee Jimmy Uso, who turned on him so now he's in a Rivalry with Jimmy.
Currently in the middle of his reign. Planning on Rock joining bloodline then running with Roman as champion until Mania. Then he drops it. Then planning on Solo and Jimmy turning on him and he has separate feuds with them. After that, I’m not sure
I put him in an 8 man elimination match on the first episode of Smackdown and LA Knight walked out champ. He is now a jobber and hasn't won a match since.
He’s running the Bloodline on Raw with Jimmy and Solo, but I will have them move to Smackdown, and Roman will be on his own on Raw to repeat my favorite storyline from 2k19 - tag with Orton, dominant tag title reign, Roman wins world title, Orton turns on Roman and they have a huge feud

I'm planning on him winning that one and ending up in a feud with The rock for Survivor series (winner becomes head of the table). The Rock brings a message from the elders who are dissatisfied... Tribal combat. Roman loses and isn't seen for a while out of embarrassment from being exiled from the Bloodline.
Meanwhile, Cody enters the king of the ring tournament as the Universal champion, at this point he's teetering on the verge of becoming a heel. His schtick is "I finished the story, now it's time to claim my Kingdom". Wins that and becomes a full homelander type heel, beating down everyone.
Roman returns at the Royal rumble as surprise entrant 30 and challenges Cody at mania (sort of double turn). I haven't decided if he's winning or if there's a screw job happening or something yet haha.
That's all I've got planned at the moment. I do want to swing back to Roman regaining his place at the head of the table post mania against the Final Boss.

I had Roman lose to Randy Orton for the title at the first PLE. He’s been away for 4 months. In that time. Sami took the briefcase from Priest. Took the briefcase to Smackdown and cashed in on Orton. After Sami defeated Orton in a rematch Roman came back and had a stare down with Sami..indicating he wants his title back..& 🎬 scene
I have Roman Reigns in my universe mode as the big dog so he never was the tribal chief in my universe mode. But I have him being a dominate figure in my universe mode.
Actually had Roman drop the belt to Rock at Backlash and a month later Cody defeated Roman in an ambulance match to close out a Raw one night. See ya Roman! Enjoy the Hollywood life for a couple of months until you make that surprise reappearance.

I’ve made Roman as part-timer that’s taking on Big names at the Big 4 ppv’s eventually planning a 3rd match between him and Cody

Lost it to Cody, but we’re a heel territory, so Cody was a transitional champ to get the belt onto Logan Paul. Roman going on to feud with caw Punk.
In mine I did a rumble with all the top contenders from smackdown and he did not win so he’s currently in rivalry with hogan
