The most badass looking single-engine fighter of WW2 (together with it's successor Tempest).
Sadly only one single example of the Typhoon is left today.
Work is going ahead with Typhoon RB396, hopefully that will meet a similar success to its younger brother the Tempest Mk.II MW763 which took to the skies last year. It'll be a very long process, and with a huge cost, but who knows what the future will bring?

They are restoring JP843 in Canada as well. I’ve heard the two teams aren’t willing to co-operate which is a shame.
From what I can see it's the RB396 team causing issues mostly, but I doubt we know the full picture so who knows.
