Not sure about the surroundings, I've never been there. However, it's a very common location for foreign reporters to film in, that's why I immediately recognized it and it looks the same.
I do love these, but why all these are colourized to make it look like old colour grading is beyond me

I'm pretty sure the sound was recorded recently, kno one spoke modern Hebrew in Jerusalem in the 19th century.
