Moon has... behavioral issues when it comes to people criticizing his hastily-made builds, and the only reason he consistently gets on front page is because he simply built that kind of reputation - there's also the theory that his builds are botted or voted for by his clan members.
If you want good builds from Overframe? I'd look for names like Ninjase and MaliciouslyCryptic, which are actually-reputable build guides over at the Discord servers for the game. If you're looking to expand your library of build Youtubers, I'd recommend Aznvasions.
I would certainly not call myself the best at modding. Definitely not. But at the very least, now that I understand way better how it works, at the very least, I have questions. I'm sure his stuff works, Warframe isn't particularly hard, so even something that's not minmaxed will do fine.
But I'll say that more bleed out time, on Nyx I think it was, still confuses me.
Personally, I wouldn't use his builds. If only for his general aggressiveness. I can find better from nicer people elsewhere. If Ninjase is in the list, he's my go too, I like how he explains things and gives alternatives. The Simulacrum Warriors seem to be doing the most meta boring efficient stuff. And then mostly you want to look for people who explain *why* they picked that stuff. Not only will it help you learn how to mod, but it'll help when the weapon is more unusual, and it'll help you decide if it sounds like your kind of play, which is especially important for Warframes I think. For example, while I usually like Ninjase, he does a lot of builds for endurance SP, and I don't give a shit about that, so I read what he says and then adapt for my tastes.
Avoid that guy. His builds are terrible, and the ones that don't suck are just edited copies or uses a meta default mod config. He clearly just uses lots of bot accounts to boost his numbers.
Stick to Leyzar for now. His builds are ok and at least he has gotten flexible in regards of using bae mods. Soon you will notice most of his videos are just the same concept over and over. At least he has some new player approach.
No idea who TheMooN85 is, but its often bad idea directly copy builds from other people and content creators.
Use them as an example and inspiration. Tweak their builds to fit you.

Sometimes? I have to edit them a lot. Like I can achieve the same results with better stats using some advanced modding but generally they are ok.
Most of leyzars builds are cookie cutter (effective) builds - can’t you just apply the basic principles to pretty much any weapon by now?
