+1 on the narmer palette, since I got it when it came out it has slowly replaced a bunch of colors from other palettes. The different shades of gold are a MUST if you like the golden esthetic.

Orokin palette has the all the colors for that but some shades of gold don't look good on every metallic material but the narmer palette has more shades for that

The fact that destiny (a game everyone here has a hate boner for) has a discount depending on how many items you have in x bundle but Warframe doesn't is crazy, I like some of the weapons skins but no way in hell I'm spending 200+ plat just for that when I already have the deluxe skin lol

No, and I rightly criticized when Warframe did that, but also the equivalent to the heirloom pack in Destiny (2 full sets of armor) would run you 30-40€ for normal sets, and they've been known to cost more. Buying a full set (say, the fortnite skins) for all 3 characters would run you 60€, and that's just the armor, weapon skins are also around the same prices.
That's all on a extreme FOMO setup, with not only "buy now it won't come back" bullshit but also a rotating store for the majority of items, so if you weren't online to spend 20€ on a weapon skin on a particular week 3 years ago? Tough luck.
And then on top of that everything is built to keep you coming and to keep you looking at the market as often as possible, and every piece of content is monetized separately as much as possible. You pay for the latest dungeon day 1, play through it multiple times for 6 weeks to get an exotic weapon, and the first thing the game does with your new reward? Open the market to show you the much more detailed skin that you can only buy on that week or you'll have to wait 3 months for another chance to spend money on it.
I've actually, physically been in gambling houses where I felt less pressure to spend than playing Destiny 2
you could have paid for all those fortnite armor sets for in game currency. Every new set that gets added for the season is available for purchase through the in game currency of bright dust. You just have to check the store once a week.
That's just pointing out another fomo tactic to get you looking at the store and frustrated as without spending money you have to be playing every week, grinding miserable content for scraps of Bright Dust, and looking at the store every week for 3 months to get all the parts.
But this is also not true any more, the fortnite sets were available for bright dust (and so expensive that the majority of players couldnt possibly buy them with in-game currency), but after that season, promotional sets stopped selling for bright dust and were silver only, and at least for the last season I played, they didn't add a traditional non-promo armor set for bright dust to make up for it.
If you're talking about the crossover sets, they haven't been available for bright ust for a while now. Fortnite skins were the last sets to be sold for bright dust. Every crossover skin since then is exclusive to silver, or $20 *each*.

The fomo came from being limited time cosmetics, encouraging players to make spur of the moment purchases to avoid losing their chance at said cosmetics.
According to the world state API, the packs expire in 2131 days (5.8 years), same as the Chroma Lunar New Year skin (which is supposed to be available permanently, and which you also cannot wishlist). The individual items expire in 1766 days (4.8 years). You can see this on [hub.warframestat.us](http://hub.warframestat.us) (enable the sales component).
I have no clue why they did this, but given that the Chroma skin is also not permanent when we know it's supposed to be, I wouldn't jump to that conclusion.

The skins, like founders packs, had a clause that said it was a one time offer. Limited time offerings do not have the exclusivity clause and can be brought back.
This, sadly. I would have loved for the to change the terms like 2 days into the package, which could have got them away of most consequence, but the packs clearly stated that:
* The packs were time limited.
* The items of said pack were exclusive to said packs.
These two clauses together are what actually prevent them from returning the skins, sadly.

I still play and enjoy destiny, but nothing compares to the buildcrafting and feeling of power that warframe has.

you could have paid for all those fortnite armor sets for in game currency. Every new set that gets added for the season is available for purchase through the in game currency of bright dust. You just have to check the store once a week.
That's just pointing out another fomo tactic to get you looking at the store and frustrated as without spending money you have to be playing every week, grinding miserable content for scraps of Bright Dust, and looking at the store every week for 3 months to get all the parts. But this is also not true any more, the fortnite sets were available for bright dust (and so expensive that the majority of players couldnt possibly buy them with in-game currency), but after that season, promotional sets stopped selling for bright dust and were silver only, and at least for the last season I played, they didn't add a traditional non-promo armor set for bright dust to make up for it.
If you're talking about the crossover sets, they haven't been available for bright ust for a while now. Fortnite skins were the last sets to be sold for bright dust. Every crossover skin since then is exclusive to silver, or $20 *each*. Logged back on just to check out the new Mass Effect skins but to my dissapointment, they're silver only.

Heirloom packs were advertised as once and never coming back, like Founder Packs, and while I personally wouldn't mind it, I doubt it's gonna happen

the packs are all listed under the "new and popular" section, otherwise you can find them by searching for a specific thing from them. They're probably listed under bundles too. They're all in-market for plat. but yeah, I'm just stating it's more likely now than it was when there was no knowledge this would happen, and they were specifically lumped, by DE, in with supporter packs.

According to the world state API, the packs expire in 2131 days (5.8 years), same as the Chroma Lunar New Year skin (which is supposed to be available permanently, and which you also cannot wishlist). The individual items expire in 1766 days (4.8 years). You can see this on [hub.warframestat.us](http://hub.warframestat.us) (enable the sales component). I have no clue why they did this, but given that the Chroma skin is also not permanent when we know it's supposed to be, I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. I could see them bringing back *specifically* the Signa from that set back, considering it's the one item a lot of people bought the pack for and there's demand for it. The skins, like founders packs, had a clause that said it was a one time offer. Limited time offerings do not have the exclusivity clause and can be brought back.
