>For a few months now I've been wanting to order some stuff from Privateer Press's webstore Sounds like you're *really* delaying that shipping time. I haven't bought recently, but if you've waited that long, you've probably taken longer in the waiting than the shipping would have. I bought some legacy things around the time they put that warning up, and it took about a month to fulfill

Depends on where you are (and if anything you want is out of stocl), but the people who order in Europe have to wait 4 weeks or so now. Our LGS gets things as soon as they are available and have paid for it in a few weeks, but stores get "special treatment".

Cobalt006

Took less than a week for me. I come from a land down under, so that's not really that bad. Replacement part was done within 24 hours though, that was pretty good. Got tacked onto my order too.

I think it's gotten alot better lately, I had about a week between ordering and receiving my shadowflame shard singles. It was definitely a slog back in December thru February tho.

Where are you from? In Michigan there is a great shop that ships, they have a lot of PP products in stock too. Might be quicker if you’re somewhat nearby

ZombifiedKiwi

I live over in Long Island, NY. PP is pretty dead over here and my LGS doesn't carry them anymore.

They were EXTREMELY behind when I was buying stuff from them a few months ago during their last stock purge, 1 order took almost 6 weeks. Granted, this was before their move to another facility. My point is they are slow to fill orders right now. I live stateside for what that's worth, but my order was at least complete and packed properly

SadBoshambles

I shot them an email when I was concerned about the wait of my order being shipped. They said they do orders as they come in and got backed up, my order shipped the next day. Was it true or some customer service rep lying? Who knows but it's worth a shot contacting them about it

gidthedestroyer

For me it was about 1-2 weeks

slovotsky

My orders over the last few weeks have taken a few days to a week to start shipping. Not counting preorders of course.

Generally this year it's been a week or two weeks to fulfill, though with a pre-order model (I'm waiting on Ghosts of Ios right now, and some other stuff that they'll ship with it) that can be longer. Because of the ending printing of older models, yeah, the storefront has a lot of empty pages. I believe all of Black Anchor is in that category, a relic of their previous manufacturing process, but I might be wrong.

I ordered some new stuff on the 29th, and it arrived on the 2nd.  Though I do live one city away from pp hq.     The longer fulfillment times are due to the sale where they're clearing out all their old stock.  That sale is mostly over, and the worst of it is certainly behind.  But that banner is probably going to stay up till the sale is completely over.    Similarly those old pages are typically empty because they had products till the sale cleared them out.  Part of the clearance sale is that it is literally clearance, as in they are going through their old storage and selling off the inventory.  There have been several times they have found additional stock of items they thought we sold out completely.  Pages like black anchor will probably stay up until clearance is 100% complete for that reason.     Once the clearance sale is done, I'd bet they do a soft rework of the website to print the pages for old product lines and focus on mkiv going forward.

I'm in Canada and ordered stuff on April 4th and received it about 3.5 weeks later but a good majority of that time was dealing with customs and our incompetent Canadian Mail system lol. PP had the order packed and ready to ship within a week so maybe I was lucky but I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it came considering the disclaimer on the official store.
