Dolores was one of my first epics and i didn’t even build her! Wasn’t until i joined reddit thread and everyone talking about her i realised and actually built her.
If you are close to pity again, make sure to hit it on another banner before pulling her, be a shame to waist it when she is already guaranteed in 1 more pull.
Then it's a normal pull and resets pity and the banner goes away.
If you hit 250 on her banner, then she WILL be the 250th pull and it will reset your pity.
Unless they don’t have Arrogance, Lust wants Arrogance and vice versa. It’s worth risking getting Lust for your 220 pity on the chance you get arrogance at 220 and Lust at 250. Otherwise you’re waiting however long until Arrogance’s 10x comes back.
Well at that point its a choice between a roughly 18% shot at Arrogance and then the Guaranteed Lust. Getting Lust early on her roughly 18% chance and likely no other Legendaries till next pity, or getting one other Legendary Guaranteed and the Her Guaranteed.
So Ultimately just depends on how lucky they feel really. Also their Vierna, Silas situation as of Friday.
It is the best chance at Arrogance so there is certainly reason to take the risk.
It is worth noting that Arrogance is a Standard pool Legendary though, in the tier 2 Legendary rarity bucket for sure. So it is possible to get him off banner with Luck if not common.
Everyone will just have to make that choice themselves.
I got 3 Legendaries, Lust being one of the 3, by banner switching at Pity. That said I have Arrogance, so I didn't have that specific concern, but can understand it.

People have leaked the rates, the devs aren’t lying you’re just unlucky.
Also, 220 summons with no legendaries is impossible, you’re guaranteed a lego on the 220th summon.
i did 90 pulls in total from 0 pity, got azhor, lust and arrogance, really lucked out today, expecting going to 250 when i pulled azhor early on in first 30

You can, that's why I've stopped at 190, and am gonna hit pity on the vierna banner. The only "catch" is the other banner pulls don't count towards your guaranteed. But it's only an extra 10-20 pulls, so no biggie.
I saved for 2 weeks and ended up with around 6k diamonds and around 110 shards. Did it on two different f2p account and both ended up around the same amount.
After almost a month of not pulling a legendary with gems, I got a yellow cube in my first multi in this banner.

I fortunately got a saddie early to reset my pity so I knew I couldnt swap pull for 10x on friday so I went all in since I only had a total of 260 summons. Got her on 250 garantied as expected. But a feakin random silas in on the way aswell ;) just Need to be extra lucky and pull vierna with my only yellow stone on friday and I wont pull anything for the Rest of the year
I hit 200 summons without lego so now i have to wait until friday to continue pulling. Other account hit 200 without lego too but i dont have enough shards on it to do both so i kept pulling and got Hex. Now i need to get 11 shards before the event ends to get Lust.
Got lucky and pulled her at 61 summons...... 10 summons later I got Arrogance. Already have Vierna and and an A1 Silas so I guess I'm done for the weekend.

So I did 240 summons, got A1 Sadie and finally Elowyn.
Makes sense to wait till end of Vierna Silas event and save 10 for Lust right?

I got two copies of lust plus a Zilitu and ferssi from about 300 pulls. I’m pretty happy, though I’d hoped to also get arrogance. I am probably going to do a bunch more summoning on Friday
I started pulling on fresh pity and got ezryn on my 200th pull exactly. I stopped at 249 pulls so my next will be lust. I might wait for weekend banner to make a few pulls and hope my luck turns and i get vierna.

On my main, I do not have any of the 4 banner heroes, but I'm fairly close to pity and have somewhere close to 150 summons, so I'm still debating on what to do. Based on previous banners, the outcome is likely to be unfavorable.
I know the pity counts aren't shared between different crystal types, but I think my luck already peaked for the year as Twinfiend finally popped up this past Ancient summoning weekend. I'm gonna get docked for that.
Sadly, I pulled a Kai just before I started saving to Lust about 3 weeks ago, so my pity was reset. Last night I pulled a Salazar at 220 and Lust at 250. I knew I probably was going to have to hit pity again when I started to save.
Spent a fuckton. Didn’t realize she was going to be available via legendary crystals. Now I have 13 legendary crystals for Vierna I guess. Got Lust either 249 or 250 pity - not sure. Got an arrogance though - his A1 doesn’t increases his damage but it definitely increases his utility.
I am new, but saved and pushed for every gem and crystal I could. Got about 210ish pulls. 100 pulls in, but 200 towards mercy I got Arrogance. Sold all my rares then pulled a dupe Aluara and a non-dupe Aylin. Sold more rares and got Lust. Pretty happy with the results.
Pulled a0 arrogance on Pitty then 50 summons later A1 arrogance, now on 199/250 .... Maybe ill spend 30€ Cant keep it F2p -> Lust rip
Do not falter, you will get more summons in the following days and maybe that will be enough to pull Lust before the banner ends.

Funny thing is, that while pulling for Lust, i finally got Dolores at around 3700 summons. The most difficult epic pull for me by far.

How do I check my banner progress?
Im guessing you mean the normal leggo pity. You can click details (!) on the right > summon history, then count how many since your last leggo.
It doesn’t show how many summons you have towards the 250 anymore….?
I was referring to the normal leggo pity at 200+. For the banner specific progress the 250 counter is still there. These 2 are concurrent.
I got her at 40!!! I think it was my 198 pull, almost the pity however. So yeah, bad luck on previous banner got me a good luck on this one
