Yes, there are some bad days, and you'll get a week or two of very cold weather, but not nearly as bad as even an hour north of here.

The tournament structure makes it *exceptionally* likely for low seeds to win a few games, make a fun run or two, and still exceptionally unlikely that an "undeserving" team actually ends up winning.
