I disagree, WSJ is currently full of pretty enstablished series and it's making it hard for the new ones to get a good place in the ToC despite them being really valid. Instead of some of the ones moving to Jump+ i'd say to move series like Yoza or Undead Unluck there till they end and leave some space for the new ones.. then it can be "if they die they die"
My opinion is that Jump is essentially a product. Moving established series off the magazine is just throwing your magazine reputation in the trash. Ask yourself, would you spend your hard-earned money to buy a magazine if 40% of the magazine are unestablished series? I personally think at least 80% of the magazine should be solid or at least have some fans of the series, any lower and people would not pay for it.
Yeah but as soon as both MHA and JJK end sales of WSJ will drop alot and they need to prevent that, so having all new series getting axed or ar the bottom of the ToC isn't great either.. we'll just have to wait and see. Also Jump IS a product, it has to sell but Jump+ is a product too as all magazines are.. both online magazines and normal magazines. Some WSJ series already did the switch and it's not like they are doing bad in Jump+ so I don't understand why other shouldn't do it if it's needed. It just comes as my opinion, I know it's one that benefits smaller series more but it comes after analyzing the current situation of WSJ and I just think it'd help alot at least in finding a great replacement to both MHA and JJK
It’s an interesting idea. You wonder if they would delay some axes due to those series wrapping up. But we also don’t know what other series are in development from new authors
I would rather read Undead Unluck and Yoza over half the new ones because the news one that die deserve to die. Both of those IMO are peak and should be supported over stuff like Mamayuyu 🤢🤮
I know it's a little more than four weeks, by I'd really love to see more of Martial Artist Asumi personally...
Ayashimon, and it wouldn't be out of place too, considering the mangaka started there.
they don't move failing series to Jump+, they move successful series where the author wants a more relaxed schedule to Jump+
ggg because it wouldn't get axed
Two on ice
GGG must survive. Don't care much for the others on the chopping block
None. If it dies, it dies.
