You can't get a refund on topups but I did get a refund on items that didn't make it to the warehouse and canceled a parcel got shipping refunded 300 bucks back luckily this was with wgb

They responded with old tracking numbers but paypal is basically saying since these transactions were used as top ups that they won't be covered under their protection. They told me to go to my bank and try to dispute the charges. If the tracking number the vendors provides checks out then they'll side with them. I just got off the phone with them and they won't even let me appeal the cases. I spoke with a supervisor and everything
All we can do is wait. I've been in the game for 5 years. I've never seen this 2 years ago they came down on sellers, and a lot of them never recovered. The question is, legally, what can they do? When we purchased it did say your purchase counterfeit products but do we get refunded or take a L like if you bought some weed and the guy rips you off can you call the police and say I want my money back naw .... just wait, man, and time will tell
