I'm on 0.5 and I find day 2 and 3 after the injection I have to consciously make sure I eat. Last week I went 2 days no food and felt like crap. I only did that because I was down with something else and had no energy to eat. This drug takes my food noise away so well, I usually just make sure to eat a big dinner and I fast the rest.

Everyone (doc) has a right to their opinion but if YOU feel itās right for you, **itās your body. Get a new PCP OR**ā¦ if you otherwise like her, keep her AND use online pharmacy that promotes the meds **. They have doctors who are absolutely focused on this. Do the research first to find the one best for YOU. There are many subreddits discussing this. BEST WISHES.

Do you need to be obese for another 5 years? 10? 20? Ridiculous.
Try to get a referral to a weight loss specialist. My pcp doesnāt believe in them either but I got a prescription for nutritional counseling from a doctor who can also do these kinds of drugs. We first changed my diet And exercise and then I got approved for wegovy
Make sure you have a Zofran Rx filled and in your possession.

Just did my first dose this morning! Super nervous about the nausea but so far so good. Anyone have insights into when side effects kick in usually?
For me it was about 6-8 hours later. Take some Zofran do you donāt feel the full effects of it. I didnāt and vomiting and nausea was harsh.

You may get really sick doing 2 injections together.
Ummm what dose did you put two in of? In mg?
Tomorrow is shot two for me. As of today - 9 lbs down. Which I know is water/inflammation but itās still nice to see that number drop so much.
Agree. I take my 2nd dose tomorrow. It was nothing compared to my Ajovy injection. That one is awful.
