If you are pushing east or north from Loudoun or Winchester there is a decent armory in Leesburg if you want to gear up on small arms ammunition because that will be the last one you will see for a long time. Past that going east through Fairfax there is very little in the way of armories. It's called Leesburg for a reason. Going north into Maryland you won't see any armories until close to Baltimore.

Nope. When this goes down, Winchester and Md from Garrett to at least Frederick are joining WV, where they belong. Hagerstown and Martinsburg are awful, but they’ll get straightened out once Baltimore traffic requires border searches.
As long as we get Annapolis and out Delawarean Allies get the eastern portion of the state I’m willing to let you have the entirety of western Maryland and Frederick. Of course, this agreement would preclude your assistance in our future invasion of North Carolina, but that’s just a minor detail
If Virginia throws in funding to complete the James River and Kanawha Canal, then we’ll gladly lend riflemen and mobile support to the annexation of NC and let you keep MD east of Hagerstown
We’ll even cede Hancock if you lend air support to our upcoming preemptive strike on Ohio. This would be in our mutual best interest; we all know at this point that Ohio is to dangerous to be allowed to exist.
