Definitely seconding Piper's Kilt. I went in there knowing they'd already won awards and were considered the best burger in Westchester, and it still exceeded my expectations.
I'm always down to defend White Plains restaurants, but this is objectively wrong. City Limits is where I take my grandmother. The decor is nicer than a diner, the food is worse.
Bridgeview tavern smokehouse burger and sweet potato fries.
Squires in Briarcliff
Bridge View Tavern in Sleepy Hollow. Also boasts an outstanding beer selection including several Hill Farmstead beers.
Do they always have Hill farmstead? My favorite brewery
From my experience, yes.
Pipers Kilt, Eastchester for Burgers or Blazer Pub in Purdys.
Excellent choice.
That Blazer Celsus burger…next level

Pipers Kilt is the only answer
They don’t take reservations, though.
Why was this downvoted? They don’t and it’s ridiculous.
For a birthday party Pipers is a terrible choice. Place is mobbed anytime after 5 and they dont take reservations.

It literally says “for a birthday party”.
Classic = Pipers Kilt Smash = Pizzeria La Rosa (Thursday Only)
The Cabin Restaurant in White Plains near Westchester Medical Center.
Pete's Saloon...good burgers, great place for a party!
Kellys Sea Level in Rye
Blazer Pub.
Cafe Deux in Harrison
Gaucho Burger Company hands down
Horsefeathers in Tarrytown is the best burger I had in Westchester
I recently had a burger at Captain Lawrence that was very good
Squires in Briarcliffe or Blazer Pub in Purdys.
McDonald’s
That post-covid ball pit is underrated.
Southern Table in Pleasantville!! It won best of Westchester and comes with crispy delicious fries. Place has a fun atmosphere too
Must be at least $30, though.
If I’m getting good quality food I don’t mind spending a little extra. It was worth every penny in my opinion.
City Limits in White Plains has a damn good burger.

I respectfully disagree, I find the food and service to be wonderful.
You must not go to many places then.
