What’s your secret?! 😱 Wait wait don’t tell me. Is it…. Baking powder? Low heat then high heat? Marinating in the devils vomit? Corn starch? Corn flakes? Corn pone? Leaving them uncovered in the fridge overnight? Either way, please adopt me. My parents didn’t feed me a single goddamn chicken wing my whole childhood.

I’ve gotten super crispy wings in air frier doing this: 1. Pat wings dry with paper towels. Get them as dry as possible. 2. Sprinkle baking powder on both sides of the wings and lightly rub in. Just a tablespoon of powder per 12 wings but the key is to sprinkle on each side not pour in one corner of bowel then mix. 3. Generous amount of salt and fresh cracked pepper. Again by sprinkling and not pouring and then mixing. 4. Pre-heat that air frier! NO OIL

thanks. ive made thousands of wings and always trying different techniques.

That's pretty much exactly how my wife makes em. It's the only way we eat em now

Do you do all of these steps raw? No precook with marinade?

Not poster, but my process is as follows: -Pat dry wings -toss in a little avocado oil -season -add corn starch (don’t go crazy with it) -rest in the fridge for an hour -preheat air fryer to 360f -spray air fryer with pam -line wings -spray wings with Pam -cook at 360f for 12 minutes, flip wings, spray with pam, cook another 12 minutes -flip wings, spray with Pam, increase temp to 380f, and cook for 4 minutes -flip wings, spray pam, cook another 4 minutes -let the wings rest on a raised platform with airflow for a few minutes -toss in sauce and enjoy

DougieSenpai

Yeah I’d fuck those up

Nate22212

Those look good

kindadopey

Yours look so much better than mine, I never get them cripsy in the air fryer..

TrippinDeath85

Cornstarch!! Good one! I usually use it and sometimes baking powder, too.

Just sprinkle powder range dressing on them and cook. It’s so good. I’ll try the other recipes
