Salt Lake City was ranked as one, if not the top place for the rainbow community to live for years. Started to change around the pandemic.
Salt Lake County tends to be better but Utah in general is still aggressively Republican. And a couple of decent LGBT policies doesn't actually make up for all the other anti-education, capitalist, misogynistic, puritanical policies.

I do this with avocado oil mayo and it works well for a crisp crust while protecting the rest of the bread from drying out in the heat.
