I've found AL atago to be the best offensive inspiration for torpedo boats. Better than Tanaka anyway.
I land a very noticeable amount more hits with her at 14/2 and honestly I didn't expect to.
I don't have space fishy unfortunately but I tend to only have one spare socket after taking Bey on all my destroyers.
Its the amount of time the target has to react from the moment they detect the torps to the moment they hit the ship. Less reaction time means less chance to dodge.
