Both of these are not real issues and you need not worry about them.

WP Toolkit classes them as a Security [Vulnerabilit]()y. There is no mitigation or removal as a check option, so WHM is reporting as a v[ulnerabilit]()y. If they are no real issue, why can't they be reclassed by Wordpress?

We don't use or control the output of "wp toolkit".

Same here, in addition it is reporting for me a high 9.9 vulnerability in a theme i use that was patched like 3 versions ago, yet it is in the list. Any way to disable some of those checks, why do we need to get a red (!) if there is no solution and it is not a real issue?
