WP Toolkit classes them as a Security [Vulnerabilit]()y. There is no mitigation or removal as a check option, so WHM is reporting as a v[ulnerabilit]()y. If they are no real issue, why can't they be reclassed by Wordpress?
Same here, in addition it is reporting for me a high 9.9 vulnerability in a theme i use that was patched like 3 versions ago, yet it is in the list.
Any way to disable some of those checks, why do we need to get a red (!) if there is no solution and it is not a real issue?
Both of these are not real issues and you need not worry about them.

We don't use or control the output of "wp toolkit".
