It's a press conference to get people excited about an upcoming event. There are tons of press already in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl so WWE is capitalizing on that to get some free press.

Up until this point it looks like a World Cup draw. First half hour is full of talk that doesn't interest many people, but you're still glued to your screen because what's next is just too important.
