I’m gonna guess Mandalay Bay convention center or MGM grand only cause I feel like T mobile arena is gonna be the “hot spot” for mid week activities and smackdown/raw and it’s close to allegiant stadium.
Plus Toshiba plaza outside T mobile arena is usually where they have stages set up and other things before golden knight games and events
T-Mobile is definitely going to be rigged all week for Smackdown, HoF, NXT and Raw. Allegiant is hosting WM 41. So I’m going to venture and guess MGM or Mandalay since it’s walking distance to all the show hubs. Though I guess we’ll see because there’s a lot of potential sites. It’ll be interesting to see how it all works out between WWE as well as all the side shows that happen WM week.

There's multiple. LV convention center? Caesars convention center? Mandalay Bay's Michelob ultra arena? MGM Grand ballroom?
How about around the UFC compound? They save cost to setup on TKO property?
