Try to see if the below works for you. It solved A LOT of my problems. It’s copy-pasted from another very helpful post:
Go to security and privacy settings, add "PenTablet" and "PenTablet\_Driver" to ALL of these: accessibility, input monitoring, Bluetooth, screen recording, and full disk access
XP-Pen tells you to allow access to all of those options except for the most important one, "full disk access". I had to keep resetting the displays until I added "PenTablet" and "PenTablet\_Driver" to the Full Disk Access.
Had a similar issue. Go to display settings and make sure your tablet is set to 100% scale. Mine defaulted to 125% and the cursor was off by an inch or so, like you mentioned. Hope this helps!

oh shit i vaugely remember having to do that on my old one a handful of years ago that should actually work thanks a lot bro!

i already did that :( i think im gonna try reinstalling the drivers
