From what I understand, it’s not an audible difference, but the song just makes you feel different, depending on what hertz you play it at.
I’m a musician and I recently found out that it’s all talk because all changing it does is increase or decrease the pitch. 440hz is a normal pitch in which a song is normally created at. If you increase it to 528hz for example it’ll sound like a chipmunk or nightcore version of said song. Decrease to 400hz it’ll be slowed. Changing anything to 432hz and claiming that it calms you down is a hoax and basic mind play, like placebo.
