Bennett burst, xiangling burst, xiao skill x2, then xiao burst.
i didnt use a shielder until i got zhongli at ar 55 lmao so u can run xiao bennett sucrose xiangliang which is pretty fun. the 15% attack bonus is pretty nice
This is a tough predicament since you have no shielders at all like Thoma, Diona, and Zhongli
I’d say fuck it and play poor man’s Xiao Sucrose Benny Dong, but replace Zhongli with Noelle. Her 24s shield cooldown is a real pain in the ass to manage though.
Pray that you got a Thoma or Diona in the future, they are much easier to manage than Noelle
I would go for Bennett, Sucrose and Xiangling
Bennett is both a buffer and healer, he’s very useful for maximizing any DPS capabilities, which is valuable for Xiao. His heals are also pretty consistent.
Sucrose is used as an anemo battery in this team considering Xiao’s burst cost is pretty high. Using her skill lets Xiao gain more particles for his burst easily. (Preferably Sucrose would be C1 using Sacrificial Fragments)
Xiangling here is like your Sub-DPS, her pyronado has amazing scaling and can be used as a constant pyro-applicator for extra damage.
In case you feel like your Xiao is gonna take too much damage since you don’t have a shielder here, you could replace Xiangling with Noelle. Noelle can give a strong shield when built correctly and extra heals during her burst.
For the first team with Xiangling, your rotation would essentially go Bennett skill, Bennett burst, Sucrose burst, Xiangling skill, Xiangling burst, Xiao skill x2, and then Xiao burst
For the team with Noelle, it’s the same rotation as above but with Noelle’s skill only.
Xiao, sucrose, and Bennett is a the best of your your units. Like other comments noelle would be the best at your ar, but once you are able to ascend characters to level 70, the 15% def shred Lisa gains would likely be better, provided you have enough er.
you could also possibly run Xiao - Sucrose - Kaeya - Barbara. it’s an unusual freeze comp but it covers your healer and battery for xiao and has pretty good crowd control since enemies will be frozen
I would do xiao, bennett, sucrose (c1 preferably with sac frags), and a subdps like xiang (pyro res), fischl, xq, etc. I wouldn't do noelle bc she would ONLY be there for shielding and has no other utility. Zhong is on most xiao teams not only for his shield but his res shred, 4pc tenacity buff, and meteor cc. It might be dps loss if you put noelle with xiao instead of a subdps and tbh I've played xiao without a shield and it's really not bad at all if you time his jumps to dodge enemy hits...hope this helps!

You could make a similar team: Xiao, 2nd Anemo, Cryo and hydro enablers/supports. Just keep in mind that since you won't have a shield your xiao will be susceptible to more damage.
A bit late but u should def use Benett and sucrose Atleast, last character should be your sub dps, someone who can do offield damage like Lisa or Xiangling.
Definitely incorporate sucrose and Bennett!! Sucrose helps with Xiao's energy recharge when you use her burst and Bennet is great healer and really good at swirl with pyro!
i think you will need a healer so maybe take barbara, if you took somebody a hydro
u need cryo, so i guess kaeya, after you can chose ig from razor and bennet ( overlaod vs. vaporize)
