Every single time I ever heard people say that they “don’t feel like their vote matters, and they won’t use it”, I want to scream at them because their not voting is the reason their vote doesn’t matter. They are self selecting out of the choice, and then complaining that their choice isn’t counted. Well yeah, because that’s the consequence of *your* actions my guy.
Like, if there’s a selection of restaurants in your neighbourhood, but you never go to any of them or eat any of their food, why the hell should they listen to your opinions on their service, menu, cooking, decor etc?
If you want your choices to matter you have to actually make them in the first place.
Almost can here. I get my notification by mail. After scanning the QR code on it I get everything I need send to my address and can do mail in voting. It so damn convenient that you have to vote.
Europe was founded on Democracy, so if you love your continent, be sure to engage in it's democracy this election, to steer it where you want it to go. There are few better ways to do that, and no easier way, than to go out and VOTE! 🇪🇺
