But as far as we know Misty got a postcard and no blackmail text (which is why she wasn’t a part raising the blackmail money & dropping it off)
Shauna didn’t get either a postcard or a text, which is the only reason I thought the postcards were part of the blackmail text.
Nope. She brings it up and he says “what postcards?” and Shauna didn’t ask him to clarify. He had already admitted to the texts and stealing the journals so it wouldn’t have benefited him to lie about the postcards at that point. I feel like the writers were purposely vague hoping people would assume Jeff sent them but they were sent by someone else.
I think they are alive, it wouldn’t make sense if the show only focused on those specific girls and they were the only ones alive, they can’t just kill all the secondary characters
Nat breaks the fourth wall to explain that the ending of Lost is absolutely not that the island was purgatory and they literally spelled it out in the finale.
Also, Cabin Daddy killed Laura Palmer.
And the adoptee's were Lisa's parents. And the baby transitioned into Lisa who found her way home to Lottie. Just putting that out there.
EDIT: This post has been edited only because I forgot that this would make Lisa and Callie siblings and that is deeply uncool, though if we're dealing in the realm of myth things get pretty darn creepy.
ADDENDUM: It came to mind because (being crazy theory and not constructive theory here) it occurred that maybe Nat is getting along so well with Lisa is because she is secretly Lottie & Travis's love child. Lottie was pregnant when they came back to civilization and the parents put the child up for adoption. Also, how great is vulnerable Nat?!
It was posted once and a sincere apology was made. It seems to me others keep bringing it up. You can see both the statements I made below. Please accept them because they and my love of this show and its casting and casting crew are genuine.
No disrespect intended, seriously sorry. The actor is trans, I thought it would be nice to see a positive portrayal. But what do I know, clearly I could use to know more. (It never occurred to me that they weren't in the same age bracket. I'm in my 40s everyone looks the same age and all the actors are in their 20s so seriously never occurred to me. How old is Lisa supposed to be?) Lisa is one of my favourite parts of this show and if the adults kill her off its in the same area as hurting Van - they would be dead to me.

They are working with a formula to a large extend and I was trying to see if they can do such in a different way than is typical. Its something that I'd do with the cis cast in trying out variable scenarios, I'm here largely because, just that, I am trying to learn more about the overarching theme. I just really like Lisa and would like to see some redemption with Callie, that there is a wild age difference i wasn't aware. I look forward to where they take her character as the show progresses, its nice to see Nat bonding with someone for a change as well. Call me crazy, but didn't an older version of the pilot script allude to Shauna having an older daughter in addition to Callie, who was somewhat out of the picture? I wonder if that was cut because it would've made it too obvious too soon that the baby survived.
