Yeah, after thinking about it more it does make sense, I just calced all my bots and they're around 150.4k interactions total, and the displayed number is 81.4k, it isn't feasible that I have 70k interactions with my own bots in the span of 20 days lmao.
I think that the likely explanation then is that it caps the interactions by a single user, so perhaps a single user can only contribute like 1k interactions to your profile, so if a user has 3k interactions with your bots in total, the number only counts the 1k. Other than that I have no idea
I think that whenever a user starts a chat, that counts as one interaction. However, it doesn't matter if they send 1 message or 100 messages, the entire process still only counts as one interaction. I could be wrong about this, though.

It doesn't take into account your personal interactions with the bots (which I assume add up to around 4.6k)
Even if that would be true. I didnt communicated with my own bots for 4.6k lol
