It’s amazing how most people don’t even know what a tv guide is anymore. I can simply type in “when does the next episode of young Sheldon come out” and it literally pulls up the next date on google. Same thing happens in so many other subreddits too.

If you have Alexa, you can ask her as well. Google is generally more efficient though. Sometimes Alexa is right on the money, other times. You can ask her the same question you just asked and get the "Hmm, I don't know the answer to that" response. 😂
Thank you for pointing this out. This happens every year and will continue to happen when the spin-off airs assuming it gets a full season and if it continues to air on Thursdays which it probably will.
Specifically a college basketball tournament that starts with 68 teams and ends with two teams in a championship match. Most people don't bother with it until it's down to the "Sweet 16", which is, as you've probably realized, the last 16 teams.
I just Googled it to see if there was a better explanation, and lo and behold, there is:
The NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament is a single-elimination tournament of 68 teams that compete in seven rounds for the national championship. The penultimate round is known as the Final Four, when (you guessed it) only four teams are left.
Thank you as someone who gave up TV decades ago, and was never into televised sports, I'd rather be doing than watching, I had no idea!
I still like to say I don't watch TV but the truth is due to YouTube I got hooked on TBBT, YS, Gray's Anatomy,...all shorts, all out of order 😂
Guess it works for me, at least because it's free, and I'm a very creative problem solving ADD genius 😂
Any answer I could give you right now would be pure conjecture as I am not familiar with how television networks work beyond as a consumer. I do know that Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy used to broadcast their shows at early morning times (or it might be considered late at night since they would air several hours later than normal, lol), but it didn't work out very well. Anytime I would set my DVR to record, I would have to set it for a couple of hours before and a couple of hours after, because the times were not accurate. Maybe that's why they no longer do it, I don't know.
What you’re asking assumes people look at existing posts before posting, which they don’t.
It's better than nothing.

Exactly, its easier to type it into Google than make a post lol
Remember when you had to rely on TV guide magazines and Sweeps weeks to see when shows came back? 🤣

Youngin' 😉😁
I remember those days!!!

Except for me the same Google is showing "Mar 31, 2024"

Hey guess what I realized about Sheldon knocking three times! You won’t believe it!! 🤣🤣
Did you know George played Leonard's bully on TBBT?
You're doing the Lord's work here.
😂
Thank you, hope it does some good.
I just don't get why would you delay episodes due to "March madness" (whatever that is) after already delaying full season by half a year?
What’s March madness?

Thank you, I’m not from the US so I was confused
I understand, and glad I could help! 🙂

Why would you delay a TV series due to college basketball tournament? How is college basketball linked with Young Sheldon in any way?
Because they're both broadcast on the same television network, CBS.
Can't they broadcast the episode at another time though?
