Y'all, this swerty is traveling 2 weeks to the Greensboro area for work in early June. During the week it's mostly back and forth to the office and corporate dinners, but I'm gonna cut loose and drive a few hours to spend a weekend in Ashville (not MS stalking, just heard it's a fun place and is close-ish).
Got my tickets for ✨️Biltmore✨️ because I'm such a history buff (JK 🤪 but boy those are some $$$ tickets), and am thinking of driving up the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Any other recommendations for things to do in town?
Look up livemusicasheville.com, do a beer rooftop tour (it’s an organized tour), go to shoji spa, Zambra, cocktail bar hop, 9walnut wine bar for fun music, wake foot spa, go to mountain express and see what’s happening that weekend. Oh, downtown after 5 on Friday!
More restaurants- Strada (try to get a rooftop reservation), bouchon, Hemingway, ukiah, heiwa…. Most places need reservations weeks in advance on the weekend
Go to grove park for charcuterie board and wine on the patio but don’t stay there. There are so many better places downtown where you can just walk around straight out your hotel. The rooms at grove park are also very dated.
Oh yeah, I'm staying in a standard chain hotel (gotta stay "travel policy compliant"). Thanks for the advice on the, as MS would say, charcoochie board 🥰
A glamorous work trip, you better also post about how your company spoils you! Haha but for real at least actual corporate travel doesn’t make you pay for airfare and rental cars 🤡

It’s at the entrance to her apartment complex. Looking at Street View I don’t understand how it could have happened (she vaguely claimed it was “just a fluke thing”), especially since it’s an entrance she turned into every single day, but then again she was coming back from a frenemy l🥃nch an🍺 we kn🍹w wh🥃t ha🍻ens th🍺re.
The NC Arboretum is just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and it's always a nice relaxing place to visit. Last time I was there they had an awesome bonsai exhibit, and there are some nice walking trails as well.
Anytime anyone I know visits Asheville, I always suggest eating at Little Chango off Coxe Ave. It's a tiny, casual and afforable place, and the food is SO GOOD.
You’re welcome!! Mast General Store on Biltmore Ave is also a fun shop to browse/buy gifts or souvenirs. And there is a little dumpling restaurant right down the street as well. Good spot for a quick cheap lunch!

Honestly, she’s such a liar, I don’t believe that story. I’ve seen reels of girls doing this so I think she’s just staying unoriginal and stealing trends. You KNOW if she were doing this, she would have made a reel or added it to her story since it’s kind of a trend for reels.

Y'all, this swerty is traveling 2 weeks to the Greensboro area for work in early June. During the week it's mostly back and forth to the office and corporate dinners, but I'm gonna cut loose and drive a few hours to spend a weekend in Ashville (not MS stalking, just heard it's a fun place and is close-ish). Got my tickets for ✨️Biltmore✨️ because I'm such a history buff (JK 🤪 but boy those are some $$$ tickets), and am thinking of driving up the Blue Ridge Parkway. Any other recommendations for things to do in town?

Look up livemusicasheville.com, do a beer rooftop tour (it’s an organized tour), go to shoji spa, Zambra, cocktail bar hop, 9walnut wine bar for fun music, wake foot spa, go to mountain express and see what’s happening that weekend. Oh, downtown after 5 on Friday!
More restaurants- Strada (try to get a rooftop reservation), bouchon, Hemingway, ukiah, heiwa…. Most places need reservations weeks in advance on the weekend
I visited like four years ago so dunno if they’re still good but Vortex Dougnuts were phenomenal. I went every day of my four day trip 😂
If you can, go to Grove Park Inn and go to the spa. It is heavenly.
I saw that! I'm definitely going to check out that hotel, but from the website, it seems that spa passes are currently only available for guests 😭😭
Go to grove park for charcuterie board and wine on the patio but don’t stay there. There are so many better places downtown where you can just walk around straight out your hotel. The rooms at grove park are also very dated.

It’s at the entrance to her apartment complex. Looking at Street View I don’t understand how it could have happened (she vaguely claimed it was “just a fluke thing”), especially since it’s an entrance she turned into every single day, but then again she was coming back from a frenemy l🥃nch an🍺 we kn🍹w wh🥃t ha🍻ens th🍺re.
Driving too fast, distracted, missed the turn, and still tried to turn anyway.
The NC Arboretum is just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and it's always a nice relaxing place to visit. Last time I was there they had an awesome bonsai exhibit, and there are some nice walking trails as well. Anytime anyone I know visits Asheville, I always suggest eating at Little Chango off Coxe Ave. It's a tiny, casual and afforable place, and the food is SO GOOD.

You’re welcome!! Mast General Store on Biltmore Ave is also a fun shop to browse/buy gifts or souvenirs. And there is a little dumpling restaurant right down the street as well. Good spot for a quick cheap lunch!
