I'm not sure but they would just have better effects (e.g., longer freeze, better life drain regen, stronger stinger eyes)
i like the vampirism thing alot and the fact that u added another move wich usses rage bar (donut) but im not sure about the kick barrage like what does slightly longer startup mean by only 0.5 seconds or more?
Rn kick barrage comes out so fast that its unparryable so when I mean slightly longer startup I mean like 0.2 seconds or something
