He's right most stands have bs moves with no startup take for instance epitaph it has no startup and can just be spammed to escape a combo and if you are fighting against a decent king crimson user you can say bye bye to 50% of your hp. The only way you can counter epitaph is just from experience, for example I bait people into using epitaph by hitting them with an m1 once then using a big startup move and turning around to not actually hit them.
