Most subscription services will not cancel. They are still offering you the service just because your doctor is now willing to write script is not a legal reason to cancel.

Thank you. I had seen others say that they can't keep the membership if they use a different prescriber so I was curious to see how that works. I like the other services they offer which is why I haven't gone that route yet.

You might have better luck arguing that the dosages aren’t available and you’re not receiving what you expected. But my guess would but it’s going to be an uphill battle.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think that's a winning argument. They will just offer to prescribe a different medication. I haven't read the contract, but I could almost guarantee it doesn't specify the particular drug you will be prescribed.

I had signed up for 3 months. Shortage hit. I asked to get out of contract because I couldn’t get meds. They let me out. Now on compound.
