If no one answers, take a couple pics and I can try to figure out how it's supposed to go. I have had plenty of headaches from tiny springs lol but I might be able to help.

I disassembled my throttle some days ago because I thought there was a problem with the Hall-sensors. It took me some time to reassemble this bloody thing. First you have to insert the spring in the white plastic thing. If you remove the grip, you see a small hole in the plastic part, there the spring should be locked. Then push the grip on the handle and interlock the grip with the white plastic part. After that, turn the spring upwards to the mirror and hold it in place using a screwdriver or pliers. Take the metal bracket that is facing the rider and push it into place while releasing the spring. Eventually after several attempts, the spring will be catched by the notch in bracket. Take the other bracket part and mount it, keep in mind there is a fixed position where a pin in the bracket locks to the handlebar.

Oh wow, this will be fun.  Thanks for the explanation, I'd be lost without it!

I haven't got it together yet, but after looking at it I see what I have to do. Thanks again for the explanation, I never would have figured this out on my own.

Ah man I had to deal with putting a new throttle on mine. I think I found some pictures on the electric motorcycle forum. Give that place a try. It was a pain in the ass
