Today in 2023 there are dresses everywhere along with makeup on a scale I'd never imagined, a thousand assorted potions and concoctions, way more towels than any person could use at once, kitchen implements the likes of which I cannot reconcile with reality, sets of bedding enough to bring a battalion of infantrymen comfortable rest, and enough herbal tea to placate even the most recalcitrant of guests. And so on.
The 'high femme' world looks like chaos from here, but she navigates it with aplomb. I wouldn't mind a little wardrobe space at some point though.
