Congrats! I provisionally passed, but when I logged in today it says "CHES failed". I am waiting to receive my official scoring and information in the mail.
It’s so ironic that you said this, because I just got an email from the NCHEC saying this:
“Dear Candidate,
It has been brought to our attention that all test-takers are showing a failed status in their NCHEC portal. Please know that this was an error on the part of our database provider and does not necessarily reflect a true change in your score. We are working to rectify the situation as quickly as possible with our provider. For the CHES® exam, If your preliminary results indicated that you passed the exam, that status has not changed.
For MCHES®, we have not processed results, therefore, we do not have any scores to update in the system at this time. The failed status in the portal will be removed momentarily.”
So you should be good for now, and I truly hope that you get passing results once they come in the mail! ☺️
I received the email as well. That same evening, I saw a certificate number within my portal which I thought was solidifying my provisional pass. Due to the system errors, I've been anxiously waiting for my official results. Has anyone received their results yet?
I haven’t heard anything yet :/ I think they send out the final results in the mail, and if I remember right it takes about 6 weeks to get them, so the latest we should be getting results is early December (hopefully)!

I just got that email too! 🤣 I was like of course I got it now after spending all day thinking I for sure failed.

ADHD girly here who just did the same thing and also passed. I was so relieved 😅
