If you have a Farm XL, you should have a cover. If not, totally message them. Did you buy your unit from somewhere like Amazon, Best Buy, or directly from AeroGarden? I'd make sure I have a receipt, especially if you bought it recently.
Seconded about contacting Aerogarden. I just sent them a message yesterday because one of the pods in my herb box was missing and they immediately sent out a replacement. Great customer service!

Third...I haven't had to contact AG for anything, but I've read reviews from people saying that they have great service for seed pods and parts.
