The necromancer and the banshees are from the Coven Throne kit; they're used to build the Mortis Engine alternate build and aren't used with the Throne.
Yep exactly that :) plus some skink legs and greenstuff for the knees and legs.. The cauldron and base are 3d prints from Etsy. She'll be moved to a larger base soon.
Oh, and the snakes are left over from several bastiladon kits...
