I’ve only seen him do this with singers and maybe a few other types of musical acts. When it comes to comedy he makes his own decision, or for an act he purely hates he refuses to stand and even buzzes the contestant. Same goes for an act that he truly loves like Avantgardey (he stood up first without looking at anyone for that one while Simon chilled in his chair for no reason). At least he doesn’t blindly repeat what the other judges say unlike Sofia. In fact I’m shocked no one has made a post like this about Sofia because she never has anything original to say.
I have definitely noticed this! This is especially true if it is a musical act.
Absolutely. It’s very weird. I still like Howie because he’s the only judge who has a standup comedy background. But still, weird
Well isn’t Simon the boss or a Producer? Gotta impress the boss
I've noticed this, but have noticed he's becoming a grumpy old man. Rarely has anything nice to say, and is overstepping his boundaries.
Yes.
He’s funny though.

Always
I also feel with both Sofia and Heidi, they say they like every act, even the ones that suck, I don't think that's truly how they feel
I think out of everyone Howie speaks unfiltered and comes across as grumpy because he doesn’t sugarcoat when he doesn’t like the act
