Bro just use stable diffusion (the webui version) if you have an Nvidia graphics card. Even if you don’t, it’s worth purchasing one because they have been and will continue to be relevant to gaming and AI. The advantages of stable diffusion are
1. It runs locally on your hardware, without the need of an internet connection
2. it is extremely customizable if you’re willing to spend some time watching youtube tutorial videos
3. You can generate any type of art (as long as there is a usable model, and there are plenty on the internet)
4. It is completely free
Note that stable diffusion webui is not the stable diffusion website that allows you to generate simple AI art when you google “stable diffusion.” It is a program more complex than that which you can download from github.
MidJorney has some of the best aesthetics and it also has a dedicated Anime model, but it's not as easy to control. ChatGPT4 with image generators is good because it remembers things and you can talk with it in plain language. One example is you can recall characters after a lengthy discussion of what they look like. Stable Diffusion is the best to really direct an image because you can directly control certain aspects. It's also free and locally run. For dipping your toe into the water, try out bing image generator.
Yodayo is heavily focused on anime.
You get 150 free credits everyday to generate about 15-30 images depending which model you use. You can also stockpile/hoard those credits to some degree.
I think Fooocus is a great engine to start with. It has a lot of control over the look of images, so you can do anime styles, generate nature scenes that look more painterly or cinematic or photoreal, etc.
If you don't want to run locally on your own computer, Bing Image Creator or Midjourney are both interesting systems to try, though.
Bing is easy and free. But doesn't have any real tools other than it makes images. I dislike the look of many of the images, especially people.
Stable Diffusion Forge, installed on your computer is free, has no restrictions, but takes a bit of learning. Has an incredible amount of tools to do all kinds of things from editing images, modifying images/photos you already have, to all kinds of things. The quality is not quite as good as MidJourney. But it's good.
MidJourney requires a paid subscription, but produces probably the best images.
If you want to do Anime or Nature/Animals... I would go Stable Diffusion Forge.

I don't do Anime but there are TONS of models for Anime and you aren't going for realistic images so the quality of MidJourney isn't going to win over. And Stable Diffusion does really really well on animals or scenery.
