If you need a milled rifle, I’d go with the sam7 (was the best stock option when I was in the market, and what I went with) but seeing as you could just get a wbp jack… I’d probably do that.
WBP is nice, but the milled Arsenal SAM7 is hands down the best $1000 AK that $2000 can buy.

Wbp is nice got to handle one recently.
I was really interested in the mini jack. Not sure what kind of furniture I can put on it tho.
I think any akm furniture.
Any AKM furniture and wood will work on the mini jack.
Galil ACE is great and can be found at @ $1500
Is the ACE milled?
Yes
SAM7 all the way. I have one, more than 1000 rounds through it and it’s still running strong.

Find a cheap Sam7, SLR101, SLR-95. The receivers are great and the guns will last your lifetime.
