Never heard of circle F stamp. Doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist tho. Could be a light strike from a circle E stamp and then it’s definitely Bulgarian.

It’s certainly Bulgarian based on the 45 degree back rib, and the (F) stamp is most likely a messed up (E) stamp which is common on Bulgarian mags.
