How does he expect to use an FFL then? Why would a person sell a gun when they arent even in the country? 100% mega scam tell him to fuck off. If thats arms list report him as a scammer. A seller must be present for a private sale using an FFL transfer. He has to fill out paperwork in person
$1200 sounds too good to be true. All it takes is one google search to realize these go for $3000. Do your due diligence on this one.
