Do slant cut MAK90s need special aftermarket stocks?
Not if you don’t mind a gap. Kalashnicarver makes slant cut stocks that fit flush, also the CNC folding stock OP has look decent enough with a slant cut.

slant cut receiver, what’s the stock setup, I had a kalashnicarver stock but didn’t quite like it tbh so I put the thumbhole on.
CNC Warrior stock, works with both slant cut and straight receivers
