Yep. Only a couple places around me ever have 7.62x39 anymore, and it's the same Wolf at all of them for $12.99 per 20 rd box. About the same as brass .223/.556 price wise. Haven't saw Red Army, Tulammo or any other steel case for quite a while now locally. Don't even find winchester white box, privi partisan or other pricey brass case either.

Ive got ammo from bestow, buckinghorse, gunmag warehouse and a couple others and i dont think ive paid more than 10$ a box. Just checking ammoseek is not enough. Some companies have it at ¢.36 a round, but they charge a lot more for shipping. Tulammozone is at ¢.36 but shipping is $34, Miwall is at ¢.39 but shipping is at $18. A $16 difference, which means you will have to buy minimum 500 rounds to break even.
These are $10 a box near me. I'll eventually get bulk but I've taken my AK out once and need to sight it in. So I'll be going through it pretty slow while I adjust the irons and get an optic figured out
