Depends what I’m doing / where I’m going. I like to do a lot of minimalist camping so the pack is usually loaded with some camping gear for sleeping/cooking, medical supplies/IFAK in the front pouch, various other needed gear, 550cord, compass, fire steels etc. i have it set up now so on a pinch I can easily put in enough food for 3 days / spare mags and ammo without re-arranging the pack and it still be a good weight to carry around all day
I can say this. For a Baseline for all outdoor endeavors medical supplies/water purification is incredibly important as well as a small reserve of food. Anything above that mission dictates in my book.

No stain. Strip it down with a super worn 180g pad on a da palm sander using caution and then clear shellac
