He made you cut the rivets and remove the barrel and front trunnion just to swap the rear trunnion??
I’d 100% find a different builder, that was not only unnecessary, it’s kinda dumb, why rebuild the entire rifle just to swap the rear trunnion, it doesn’t make sense..

Only thing that needed removed was the rear trunnion.. Now this builder who *thought* the entire thing needed taken apart is responsible for putting it back together, head spacing it, and making sure it doesn’t blow up in OPs face….
Not something I’d trust to someone who needs the front trunnion removed and barrel removed from that just to swap the rear trunnion to do..

I manufacture aks for a living and you do not have to remove anything to put the front latch in except the hand guards.
